The monthly financial report used to calculate the values based on the checkout date, which is correct according to accounting rules.  However long term stays made this data incorrect, and in-line with all the other financial reports, the Monthly Financial report has been re-written to use daily figures.

Occupancy reports have a new option to include or exclude Out of Service reservations in the statistics allowing flexibility for each property to decide what to use.  

This is found in a check-box in the header bar of the report when previewed.  The default is exclude these.

This is found in Occupancy per day per room type, Occupancy per room, and Occupancy per month reports.

Copy / Cut / Paste between properties:

• When you have multiple properties often you may need to move or duplicate a reservation from one property to another.  
• The Copy and Cut functions now support copying / cutting from one property to paste on another.
• This is supported when switching from one property to another or having more than one copy of Aurelian open and pasting between the open windows.

Cut / Paste function:

• This new feature enables you to highlight a reservation in the calendar, right click and select Cut.  
• Move anywhere on the Calendar or switch to another property, right click on the calendar, and select Paste.  
• The original reservation is partially transparent while a Cut is operational and is removed when the Paste is successful.  
• If a Paste is not made, the original reservation stays in place and the transparency removed when another copy or cut is selected.

The audit log / reservation history records the reservation has been cut/pasted between different properties.

Debtors Lists and Debtors Statements now allow filtering by the Account column.

Debtors List and Debtors Statements will now include invoices that are in credit.

Enhancement:

This is now optional.  There is a checkbox near the top right to select if you wish to exclude or include credits.  Select this and the lists will be refreshed to include any invoices with a credit balance.

Also the balance column is now displayed in green for debit, red for credit.

When a reservation has more than one account, all accounts would be displayed in the debtors lists, even if the other accounts had a zero balance.

This has now been updated so additional accounts with a zero balance are hidden in the debtors lists.

A message about not subscribed to Xero would slide up when it shouldn’t have.

If a report that used the daily occupancy data was run and a reservation with a missing room number was encountered, the Aurelian user interface would close. 

This was caused by old conversions from other systems where rooms can be missing from reservations.

This has been modified to handle this issue and not close.
