Improved housekeeping status changes between multiple PCs/devices.
Housekeeping states would sometimes appear to change by themselves. This was caused by a synchronisation issue when using multiple PCs.
This has now been fixed.

Improved syncing of room rates to channel managers
Changing rate plans on the Rate Calendar now enforces uploading of room rates and minimum stay to the channel manager more rigorously. Changes to the rate calendar are automatically uploaded immediately to the channel manager.
