Pop-up information on new bookings, check-in, and check-outList Item 2
You can now have a pop-up information window appear whenever you make a new booking, check-in and check-out guests.
This Information window can contain alerts, guest information and preferences, guest rating, etc. It will display the contents and you can add or update these contents from the pop-up window and they will be stored with the guests details.
This is setup in Extended Fields from the Setup menu where you create the field you want (Alert, guest rating etc) and select when it is going to pop up. In Extended Fields, use the Order field to define the order these will appear in.

Number of rooms subscription check.
As you know, we set the subscription based on per room in Aurelian. We felt this was much fairer than the subscription based on blocks of rooms eg 1-15, 16 -30 rooms etc, which can be unfair if you have 17 rooms and have to pay for 30.
Some sites have added additional rooms without updating their subscription, so we have implemented a check on the number of rooms in the Reservation Calendar versus the subscription.
If the number of rooms in the calendar exceeds the subscription you will receive a warning message and only the subscribed number of rooms will be displayed. If this happens please contact our support team and arrange for your subscription to be adjusted for the new rooms.

SiteMinder bookings and guests phone number
Sometimes guest phone numbers on SiteMinder bookings would not appear in Aurelian.
This was tracked down to different formats sometimes being applied to the message sent by SiteMinder. A fix for this was implemented 5 January 2021.

Calendars are displayed for the property's timezone
As owners travel and access Aurelian from different loations globally, the timezone on their laptop/tablet may change to the new local timezone. This could cause reservations in the calendar to appear differently to what is expected as all arrival/departure dates & times would be adjusted using the time difference.
This has now been changed and Aurelian will always display calendars based on the timezone of the property.
