A new field has been added to Owners allowing individual percentages to be defined for each owner.  This field is titled Manager Share Pct.

When the Manager Share Pct field has a value, this will be used to calculate the accommodation charges due to the property management.

If this field is zero (0.00%) then the percentage set in Transactions > Owners Account – Percentage field will be used.

To keep up with security technology, Aurelian+ channel manager now uses an updated method of communicating.

If this isn't implemented per customer then they may not be able to see data in the channel manager section of Aurelian.

When rates are uploaded to the channel manager, the Overlap Priority wasn’t fully adhered to.  This has been corrected.

Guest Traction requires Min Stay settings to be uploaded with availability and not with rate uploads.

Now after a rate upload an availability upload is automatically triggered which includes Min Stay settings.

Migrations from other PMS’ to Aurelian go through a conversion process nd are then imported into Aurelian.  This is to ensure customers have as much history and details moved from the old PMS to Aurelian.

After one conversion it was found emailing from Aurelian would sometimes fail.  The issue was tracked to strange characters (line tab) that were converted from the old PMS.

Aurelian has now been modified to ignore these characters and send the email as expected.
