New summarised invoices
New summary invoice fields
A new set of fields are now available that can be used to create an invoice template which instead of listing every transaction will summarise these by transaction name, and rate.
These can be used for both single reservations or group reservations – one invoice template will work for both.
To use this feature, copy your existing invoice template and replace the field in the table with fields you can select from Mailing > Insert Merge Field > Reservation > Invoice Summary. Remember to remove the Date column on the left.
If you require assistance with this, please contact our Support team and they will be happy to set this up for you.

Uploads to channel managers
We had a large number of new customers last year, especially in the second half. While our main database automatically increases power to support any extra load, it also meant our volume of uploads to channel managers increased significantly.
To ensure this time-critical function performs as required, we implemented new cloud processes to maximise throughput to each channel manager.
Implemented in stages between 8 - 19 March

Multi-property email CC's.
Aurelian supports multi-site installations allowing quick and easy switching between properties. At times emails from one property would be allocated the CC email address of the other property. Eg the email CC from property B would be sent to property A.
This has been corrected.

Avivo booking missing fields
Bookings via Avivo via SiteMinder were arriving with missing Comment node stopping the booking from being processed.
This has been worked around to avoid the error if this happens.

Multi property: Rate plans reallocatedList Item 1
We had a report of a multi-property installation where the rate plans for all the properties would be re-allocated to one property (the “default” or first created property).
Finally found this was caused by removing guest types (who would have suspected that!).
This is now fixed.
