Room & Guest ListList Item 1
Our new report lists all the rooms in your property and includes current (checked in) guests or guests who are due to arrive. This includes the guest's company for quick reference.
This report is found in Front Desk > Daily Reports.
Note: for a checked in guest to appear in this report, they must be checked in with Aurelian. Reservations converted from Callista Hospitality while the reservation was checked in won’t immediately appear on the report. Setting the reservation back to Confirmed, then checked in will enable the guest to appear on the report. This only occurs immediately following a migration from Callista Hospitality.

New automatic settings for reservation Bill To field
The Bill To option on reservations indicates who is responsible for the guest invoice – the guest, company or agent. This is also linked to the Checkout with balance owing controls in System Settings.
This new feature implements automatically setting the Bill To field on new reservations based on guest, company or agent settings. When a new reservation is received, the guest, company and agent information is scanned to automatically set the Bill To field.

Editing guests, companies and agents
The buttons for editing new guests, companies and agents have been made consistent with the rest of the system with new Cancel buttons, and consistent action when saving a new guest/company/agent.
Left and right arrow buttons have been added to step through a list of guests, companies or agents when selected directly from the Front Desk Guests, Companies, Agents options.

User interface closes with a new reservation
If the Guests button at the top of the reservation calendar was used to select a guest and then New Reservation was clicked from this guest list, the user interface would close. This has now been fixed.

Missing rate plans on multi-branch properties
On sites with multiple properties configured (branches) for quick switching between properties, if one of the branches didn’t have any rate plans configured this could cause the user interface to close when making a new reservation. This has been fixed.

User interface closes when adding new transactions
When adding a new transaction from the Setup page, the following could cause the user interface to close:
- Cancelling a new transaction before saving
- Entering the pricing before selecting the tax plan
Both issues have been fixed.

User interface closes when dragging and dropping reservations
If a room had virtual rooms assigned and the virtual rooms were deleted, dragging and dropping a reservation to the remaining rooms would cause the user interface to close.
This update fixes this problem and plus implements a check disabling deleting a room if it is already assigned to other rooms as part of virtual room setup.

Branches and Xero interface
Enhancements have been made to improve performance with the Xero interface when this is established through a branch in Aurelian. This doesn’t require the default (main) property to use the interface. Only the branches that are setup for Xero interface will use this.
Also, having no Xero interface setup for other branches when one branch has the interface configured could cause errors when saving reservations. This has been fixed.

Guest comments
When a new guest was allocated to an existing reservation, the guest comments for the original guest were transferred to the new guest. This has been fixed.

User interface closes
If a virtual block reservation or an Out Of Service reservation is accidentally checked out or the reservation could not be found, the UI would close when you went to check in the next guest for that room. This has been fixed so these types of reservations cannot be accidentally checked out.
- a warning message is displayed when an attempt is made to checkout a virtual block or out of service reservation
- a warning message is displayed if a room has a reservation allocated as checked in but the reservation cannot be found.

Update to Housekeeping app
Under certain circumstances the incorrect icons would be displayed for guest status. This has been fixed in the cloud and there is no need to update your mobile Housekeeping app.
