Improved Company selection from guest windowList Item 1
Assigning a company to a guest could be slow when a large number of companies are involved.
This has been re-built to use our standard search/edit/full lookup functions which provides more functionality plus removes any lag in the search.

Vouchers now included in Reservation List
Vouchers are now included in the Reservation List, allowing quick and easy searching by any part of a voucher number. These are listed directly to the right of the Invoice Number column.

Major report update
A number of reports that are used for occupancy statistics were using the departure date as a means of selecting data. However, for longer-stay guests or guests who spanned more than one month, this would lead to inaccurate statistics.
The following reports have been modified to use daily occupancy data (i.e. the occupancy is calculated for each day the report covers regardless of arrival and departure dates) and use the daily accommodate rate (including any customised rate changes) when calculating income/rates.

Occupancy reports: Include cancelled but billed reservations
Reservations may be cancelled but still charged to guests such as for no-show events. There may be reasons to include these reservations in statistics so, the following reports have been modified to allow you to select if these cancelled-but-billed reservations are to be included in the statistics:
• Occupancy per day
• Occupancy per room
Note: This will include reservation states that are checked-out and are hidden in the reservation calendar. Refer to the setup page, Reservation States to see which states this will apply to.

Pre-payments by arrival report - new details
The Pre-Payment by Arrival report has been modified to:
- provide an option to include details of the future reservations with deposits or full payments
- The table containing the months paid/months arriving has been adjusted to correctly show the payments for future reservations only.

Room & Guest List report - speed improvements
The Room & Guest List report was released in July 2022 but was very slow to produce results on some properties. This has been completely re-designed and now produces results quickly, as expected.

Group booking - changes to rates correctionList Item 1
In a group booking if the rate on the Master Account was changed, it would change the rates for all reservations in the group.
This has been corrected and now only the master reservation will have the new rate.

Aurelian user interface closed due to incorrect setup
If a property was missing a default rate plan or default package, the user interface would close when saving a new reservation.
This has been corrected so it will not close.
A warning has also been included when a reservation is attempted to be saved without a reservation state.

Support console provides selected branch upload/download
The Console used by Callista Support now supports uploading and downloading per selected branch for use in multi-site properties.
This is to help optimise support for the increasing number of customers with multiple properties and optimise on-boarding of new branches to existing properties.
