Zoom in/out on Reservation CalendarList Item 1
The viewfinder on the reservation calendar navigation bar has been enhanced so you can drag the sides of the viewfinder to expand or contract the number of days displayed on the main reservation calendar.
This is a quick and easy way to zoom in or out of the calendar.
The default number of days displayed are set in Supervisor – System Settings, and zooming doesn’t alter this.

Updated 26 September to improve zooming on fewer days and also fix issue with the calendar defaulting to 7 days when moved.

Ageing on debtors statements
Debtors' statements now support aged balances. These can be inserted into your debtors document templates and are found in the list of Debtors mail merge fields, they are prefixed “Summary” eg Summary 30, Summary 60, etc.
You can edit these yourself or contact our support team to insert these as a small table in your debtors’ statements.

New Report - Occupancy per room
A new report summarises the occupancy for each room and provides totals for nights and occupancy.
A quick and easy way to check the occupancy for all the rooms on the property.

Tax inclusive/Exclusive report options
Reports in the Front Desk – Reservation reports have been modified to include an option to select either tax inclusive or exclusive. This is done with a check-box at the top of the report – click on this and the report will instantly change.

Guests Staying Over on the dashboard
The dashboard on the Front Desk page was incorrectly calculating the number of guests staying over if the guest was staying for more than one additional day.
This has been corrected.

Correction to credit card surchargeList Item 1
Surcharges on payments such as credit cards etc attract sales tax (eg GST, VAT). This is automatically calculated based on the value of the surcharge; however the incorrect percentage was being applied for the tax involved in the surcharge.
This has been corrected, and the calculation now uses the percentage set in the Transaction setup for payments.

Syncing changes from the cloud
When a reservation is opened and changes are detected, or a reservation is being edited on two different PCs, a prompt is displayed, and the latest changes are updated on the open reservation. This could lead to the display changing from the default of tax inclusive prices to displaying prices as tax exclusive. This has now been corrected.

At the same time, tighter synchronisation was implemented between reservations opened on different PCs.
