Mobile app for housekeepers
We have completed the full release of our mobile housekeeping app after feedback from initial customer use.
This app provides real-time updates between the PC app and mobile phones (iPhone and Android) and enables:
Housekeepers:
- view tasks and mark tasks as completed
- view the cleaning state of each room
- view the requirements for any guest
- mark when they start and stop servicing a room
Reception:
- view the cleaning states of all rooms
- add tasks and guest requirements
The app is available free from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store by searching for Callista Aurelian. It may be installed on as many mobiles as required, and access to the data is controlled through Aurelian’s Users and User groups options in the Supervisor page.

On-line booking extras
We now support receiving extras such as meals, transfers etc from on-line bookings. These appear as transactions in the invoice section of reservations that were made on-line.
