New automated emailing, on schedule, every time.
We have created a new level of automation to do repetitive work on time, every time for you. You can set the tasks for these from a new Scheduler option in the Supervisor page.
Tasks you can schedule are:
- Send emails to guests before they arrive
- Send reminders to guests with unconfirmed reservations or open quotes
- Send emails to guests currently checked-in e.g. pre-departure emails
- Send emails to guests who have departed
There are also built-in system-related tasks. More tasks will be added in the future.

Automated transaction time
Transactions on an invoice may appear with a fixed time or can take the time it was posted to the invoice.
- If a transaction has a posting time of 12:00am (i.e. it was never set to a specific time) it will now use the current PC time when it is added to an invoice.
- Transactions that have a set time on them will use that time when posting to an invoice.
- Posted times can be changed in edit transaction window.

New report: Occupancy per day by room type
A new flexible report that can be used for a varierty of purposes is available from Front Desk - Reservation Reports.
- This lists for each day the number of rooms that are booked by room type plus the total rooms booked.
- It has filters for Company and Agent, so a user can look at the bookings per day by say a specific company or agent.
- Note 1 : if there are no bookings at all for the property for a specific day, this day will not appear in the report
- Note 2 : the numbers in the table are the number of reservations.
- Note 3 : if a booking is for 3 nights e.g. 3 to 5 March, it will be counted once for each of those nights i.e. 3rd, 4th, 5th.

Groups
The previous update addressed some group items but created an issue when groups were being edited.
When a group was changed from group invoice to individual or vice-versa, the payment transaction would be duplicated.
This is now fixed.

Laptops that are closed for long periods
We have had number of instances where laptops that have been turned off for some time and your Aureliian data appears to be out-of-date when they eventually are turned on again.
- This release implements a more rigorous checking when a laptop is started to ensure it is up to date.
- If it has been closed for more than 7 days, a full resync from the cloud is automatically performed.
- While a full resync is taking place, you'll be notified you cannot login while the service is restarting.
