New Report: Reservations Received AnalysisList Item 2
A new powerful analysis of reservations received between dates. This includes both new reservations and cancellations so they can be compared side by side.
Consisting of 8 different graphs and a table that analyses new and cancelled reservations by arrival month, this is a must-have tool to manage your property.

New Report: Print all guest registrations at once.List Item 1
Now you can print the days guest registration forms all at once with this new report.

On-line reservations: Automatically assign a reservation type
We have extended the ability to automatically assign Agents to on-line reservations to now automatically assign a reservation type based on the on-line booking site.
Some properties were manually changing the reservation type according to the booking agent/booking site. This is now automated for on-line reservations. When the booking site is found the reservation type in the Setup menu, Aurelian will now allocate that reservation type to bookings that come from this booking site.

Venue and event management
Reports relating to hosting and managing events in Daily Reports have been updated and renamed to better reflect their function and to enhance the management of meetings/functions.
Morning Service list has been renamed to Daily Catering and enhanced.
Event Managment has been renamed to Venue Setup Details and enhanced.

Online reservations: Processing modificationsList Item 1
Changes relating to processing of on-line reservations were implemented in the cloud over a period late June/early July. These include:
- Reservations that are modified on-line with a new payment card now record the new card. Previously this wouldn't replace the original card.
- Modifications of reservations on-line would change the reservation state back to the original state (eg Confirmed). This has been changed to retain any reservation state you may have manually set.
- Reservations modified on-line would replace any reservation comments, sometimes removing any notes you may have made. Now any custom notes are retained when a reservation is modified on-line.

Online reservations: AdjustmentsList Item 2
Guest details received through SiteMinder:
- Guests phone and email details were recorded from SiteMinder but didn't appear on a reservation. They were recorded on the guest details only.
This has been corrected.
On-line cancellations and audit log records
- When a reservation was cancelled on-line the audit log wasn't updated with this event. This would cause confusion as a reservation status didn't match the set of events in the history log. This has been corrected and on-line cancellations appear in the history log.
