Following the positive responses we had to the changes listing all reservations for guests when viewing the Guest History tab, we extended this concept to create a new Guest button at the top of the Reservation Calendar.

This lets you pop-open a window and search for guests using any field such as name, phone, email, company etc.  

• Click a guest to display all their reservations. 
• All reservations are colour-coded to match the reservation state colours you've selected in the Reservation Calendar.
• Double-clicking a reservation to open it for editing.

The following buttons are also available along the top of this new window:

• New Guest to create a new guest
• Edit Guest to update a guest's details
• New reservation to create a new reservation for the guest.  The guest's details will be pasted in the new reservation for you.

Pop up the list of guests from the Guest Search button in a reservation to display the guest history when a guest is selected (clicked).  These reservations are colour-coded using the same colours you've selected for your Reservation Calendar.  You can change or adjust these colours from Setup > Reservation States.

To match the other enhancements above, the Guest History tab on the Guest Details window is now colour-coded to match the reservation states in your reservation calendar.

This also has a Group and Master column to easily identify group accounts.

When you open a reservation, an additional check is now made to the cloud to ensure this hasn't been modified in the past seconds.

If it has been modified, a message will pop up letting you know it's been changed.  Click Yes to open the latest update.
